公司以文化煥新工程賦能智能制造，在廠區(qū)精心打造文化宣傳矩陣。走進智能車間，“真誠 感恩 世界本是一家人”的企業(yè)理念標語赫然醒目；“提高安全意識 建設文明工廠”的安全警示時刻提醒。這些精心設計的標語既傳遞著企業(yè)文化理念，更彰顯著響應國家“制造強國”戰(zhàn)略的堅定決心。

本次煥新工程完成后，全新的藍色屋面系統(tǒng)不僅與天空交相輝映，形成優(yōu)美的廠區(qū)景觀，優(yōu)異的隔熱性能顯著改善了車間工作環(huán)境，品牌文化的宣導再次將安全和質(zhì)量兩道生產(chǎn)防線烙印在龍合人心中，龍合人堅信夢雖遙，追則能達，愿雖艱，持則可圓。
