贛州五環(huán)機(jī)器有限責(zé)任公司是一家民營股份制企業(yè)。公司位于江西贛州經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)金坪工業(yè)大道。主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品有叉車變速器總成、高爾夫電動車減速橋、小型挖掘機(jī)行走減速箱、叉車前橋和汽車變速器聯(lián)接法蘭、取力器等。

公司現(xiàn)擁有10000平方米的生產(chǎn)廠房，500平方米的總成檢驗(yàn)檢測室。擁有臥式、立式加工中心、花鍵輥軋機(jī)、三坐標(biāo)測量儀、總成加載試驗(yàn)機(jī)、數(shù)控車床、數(shù)控鏜床、數(shù)控倒角機(jī)、數(shù)控磨床、高效滾齒機(jī)、精密插齒機(jī)等一批高效尖端設(shè)備。經(jīng)過不斷發(fā)展，具備了年生產(chǎn)叉車變速器總成20000臺，高爾夫電動車減速橋20000臺，小型挖掘機(jī)行走減速箱10000套和20萬件汽車聯(lián)接法蘭的能力，年產(chǎn)值超過1億元。

公司研發(fā)力量雄厚，擁有高級工程師30多名，大專以上技術(shù)人員72人。公司先后通過QS9000、ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系的認(rèn)證，目前正在導(dǎo)入TS16949質(zhì)量管理體系。公司堅(jiān)持“滿足用戶需求，追求完美無缺”的質(zhì)量方針，不斷開拓創(chuàng)新。產(chǎn)品與國內(nèi)主要工程機(jī)械主機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠商以及主要汽車變速器總成生產(chǎn)廠商配套。并成為合力叉車、杭州叉車、斗山工程機(jī)械、玉柴機(jī)器、北京現(xiàn)代、杭州友高、中國一拖、格特拉克（江西）傳動系統(tǒng)有限公司、江鈴VM 發(fā)動機(jī)等的關(guān)鍵供應(yīng)商，部分產(chǎn)品通過主機(jī)廠家出口歐美。

As a privately-owned stock enterprise, Ganzhou Wuhuan Machine Co., Ltd is located in Ganzhou Economic & Technical development zone, Jiangxi province. Its leading products include Forklift transmission, electric vehicle reduction axle, mini-excavator reduction gearbox, forklift drive axle, auto flange, Pto, etc.

The company covers a workshop area of 10000 square meters and transmission assembly test room of 500 square meters. Many advanced euipments are adopted including horizontal machining centre, vertical machining centre, spline rolling machine, MMC, load test machine, CNC lathe, CNC boring machine, CNC chamfer machine, CNC grinding machine, efficient hobbing machine, sophisticated slotting machine, etc. Through years of continuous development, the company has an annual production capacity of 20000 forklift transmissions, 20000 electric vehicle reduction axles, 10000 mini-excavator reduction gearboxes and 200000 auto flanges, annual production value exceeds 100000000 China yuan.

The company owns strong reach & development capability, it has more than 30 senior engineers as well as 72 engineering staff with junior colleague diploma or above. The company is QS9000 and ISO 9001 certified already, currently takes the initiative in introducing into TS16949 quality management system. As early as the beginning of its product’s entry into the market, the company has established the permanent quality principle of “Customer satisfaction, pursue zero-defect”, and continues to improve itself.
