　　C.V.S.最初專業(yè)制造起重機載運機，其贏得了與日本Sumitomo公司的一項重要協(xié)議，建造與供應(yīng)五，六，七軸的起重機載運機，僅向Sumitomo就供應(yīng)了350臺，還有另外1500臺操作在世界的各個地方。
　　1984年，C.V.S.擴大其產(chǎn)品系列到設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)與銷售集裝箱搬運設(shè)備，如今其生產(chǎn)最完整系列的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與最特別的客戶規(guī)格型集裝箱搬運設(shè)備。
　　C.V.S.能夠提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的與定制化集裝箱搬運設(shè)備的廣泛選擇，包括：叉車，正面堆高機，站臺牽引車，滾裝牽引車，跨車，都可以按照客戶的要求提供可選擇的合適性能。

　　2000年，C.V.S.進(jìn)一步擴張，與美國制造商TAYLOR簽訂了一項重要協(xié)議以應(yīng)對世界市場的新挑戰(zhàn)，源于這個策略性的決定，其正面堆高機以TAYLOR的品牌銷往美國，加拿大。
　　2002年，C.V.S.宣布收購意大利歷史上杰出的集裝箱搬運設(shè)備制造商——BELOTTI，組建新公司'FERRARI BELOTTI'，由C.V.S. FERRARI集團(tuán)控制。
　　源于這一收購，獲得了很多重要的成功，今天，F(xiàn)errari集團(tuán)的結(jié)構(gòu)與生產(chǎn)如下：

　　2003年，C.V.S. 普拉多服務(wù)公司的創(chuàng)建是C.V.S.歷史的又一個里程碑，其用于為所有的Ferrari設(shè)備提供服務(wù)支持、人力與大修，并為用戶提供必要的培訓(xùn)。

C.V.S. SpA, a leading manufacturer of Container Handling Equipment, began its operation in 1973 in Roveleto di Cadeo (Pc), located in the northern part of Italy.

Initially specialised in the production of crane-carriers, C.V.S. obtained an important contract with the company Sumitomo in Japan for the construction and supply of 5, 6, 7- axle crane-carriers. For Sumitomo alone C.V.S. supplied 350 crane-carriers and has another 1500 machines operating all over the world.

In 1984 C.V.S. diversified its production range designing, manufacturing and selling Container Handling Equipment. C.V.S. now manufactures the most complete range of Container Handling Equipment both for standard requirements and the most special Customers’ specification.
 
C.V.S. can offer a comprehensive selection of standard as well as specially designed Container Handling Equipment including: Fork Lift Trucks, Reach Stackers, Terminal Tractors, RO-RO Tractors and Straddle Carriers, all available with optional features suitable to meet all Customers’ needs.

The exclusive reliability of C.V.S. production is the result of first class manufacturing facilities. Only the highest standard of steel materials and the most reliable components are used. Every single item is controlled before assembling. Robot welding equipment is largely used to avoid any possible error. Complete automatic painting system, pre-assembling lines and final assembling are used to obtain an absolutely exclusive product.
C.V.S. was awarded with the ISO 9001 certificate issued by RINA in 1996.

A further expansion in 2000 led C.V.S. to sign an important agreement with the American manufacturer TAYLOR in order to meet the new challenges of the global market. Thanks to this strategic decision, the reach stacker manufactured in Roveleto di Cadeo, will be marketed in USA and Canada under the name of TAYLOR.

In July 2002, C.V.S. announced the acquisition of the Company BELOTTI, the famous historical Italian Manufacturer of container handling equipment. The new Company called 'FERRARI BELOTTI' is controlled by the C.V.S. FERRARI GROUP.
 
Since the acquisition took place, important targets have been achieved and today the organization of the Ferrari Group is based on the following:

- Steel structures ( chassis, booms, masts, etc.. )
- Spreaders ( for reach stackers, forklift trucks, straddle carriers and ship to shore gantry cranes, RTGs and RMGs)

- Electrical/electronic hardware
- Software for equipment management and control
- Heavy machinery and light machinery of main components
